This is my ultimate dish which I can make with different variations. My kids love spaghetti, so I change the recipe according to their health, weather and mood. Sometimes I serve it as a tea time snack or dinner as per the requirement of kids and husband. For the birthday parties it’s a must dish to add in my menu as so many family members and other guests are invited along with their kids. The main thing I have noticed throughout these years, that kids first attack is on the spaghetti.  Spaghetti is cooked in different variations in almost every home, where there are gatherings, parties, get together and celebrations. Every family has its own unique recipe; here I am sharing one of my recipe to share with the people out there who love the flavor of garlic with spices. Instructions

  1. Prepare the Sauce

    In a bowl, add chili garlic sauce, soy sauce, sriracha, oyster sauce, chicken stock, red chili powder, salt, caster sugar, vinegar. Mix well. Set aside.

  1. Marinate the Chicken

    In a bowl, add chicken, ginger garlic paste, paprika, salt, black pepper, soy sauce, vinegar. Mix and cover. Marinate 15 minutes.

  1. Cook the Chicken

    In a frying pan, heat oil and margarine. Add marinated chicken. Cook on high flame until golden and dry. Add capsicum, onion. Cook one minute. Set aside.

  1. Build the Spaghetti

    In a wok, heat oil and margarine. Add garlic, chili, crushed chili. Stir until fragrant. Add boiled spaghetti. Toss well.

    Add cooked chicken and prepared sauce. Mix on high flame for one minute. Add spring onion leaves. Mix well. Garnish with green onions and serve hot. The single serving is counted as 402 kcal if eaten in moderation.
